Utkala Ethnics – Return & Exchange Policy
At Utkala Ethnics, we maintain strict quality checks before dispatch. However, in rare cases of manufacturing defects, we offer exchange under the following conditions:
1. Exchange Eligibility

Exchange is allowed only in case of a genuine defect.

Request must be raised within 4–5 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

A clear unboxing video is compulsory for any defect claim.

The video must start before opening the parcel and clearly show the issue.

Without an unboxing video, exchange requests will not be accepted.
3. No Refund Policy

We do not provide money refunds under any circumstances.

Only exchange will be processed for approved defect cases.
4. Non-Eligible Items
Exchange will not be accepted for:

Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences.
-
Slight irregularities in handloom/handcrafted products (these are natural characteristics).

Sale items or discounted products.

Products without original tags/packaging.
Utkala Ethnics reserves the right to reject exchange requests if the above conditions are not met.
