Utkala Ethnics – Return & Exchange Policy

At Utkala Ethnics, we maintain strict quality checks before dispatch. However, in rare cases of manufacturing defects, we offer exchange under the following conditions:

1. Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchange is allowed only in case of a genuine defect.

  • Request must be raised within 4–5 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • A clear unboxing video is compulsory for any defect claim.

  • The video must start before opening the parcel and clearly show the issue.

  • Without an unboxing video, exchange requests will not be accepted.

3. No Refund Policy

  • We do not provide money refunds under any circumstances.

  • Only exchange will be processed for approved defect cases.

4. Non-Eligible Items

Exchange will not be accepted for:

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences.

  • Slight irregularities in handloom/handcrafted products (these are natural characteristics).

  • Sale items or discounted products.

  • Products without original tags/packaging.

Utkala Ethnics reserves the right to reject exchange requests if the above conditions are not met.
