At Utkala Ethnics, we strive to maintain the highest quality standards. Please read our policies carefully before placing an order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchange only, strictly in case of genuine defects.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 4–5 days of delivery.

  • Exchange is applicable only for defective products.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all defect-related exchange requests.

  • The video must start before opening the parcel and clearly show the defect.

  • Exchange requests will not be accepted without an unboxing video.

No Refund Policy

  • We do not offer money refunds under any circumstances.

  • Approved cases will be processed as exchange only.

Non-Eligible Cases

Exchange will not be accepted for:

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution.

  • Slight irregularities in handloom or handcrafted products (these are natural characteristics).

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items.

  • Products without original tags or packaging.

  • Requests raised after the 4–5 day exchange window.

Utkala Ethnics reserves the right to approve or reject exchange requests after verification.

Shipping Policy

  • We accept prepaid orders only.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 working days after order confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier partner.

  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

In case of approved exchanges, shipping timelines may vary.

Terms of Service

By placing an order with Utkala Ethnics, you agree to the following terms:

  • You confirm that all provided shipping and contact details are accurate.

  • You understand that slight color differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or photography.

  • You acknowledge that handcrafted and handloom products may have minor variations in weave, texture, or finish, which are not considered defects.

  • Orders may be cancelled by Utkala Ethnics in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.

All disputes are subject to Pune, Maharashtra jurisdiction only.
